TT Capital Advisors offers its clients services in the cross-section of new business development, corporate finance and strategic advisory.

After major structural changes in almost all industries companies are refocusing their corporate strategy. At the same time the world’s economic center of gravity is shifting east. Team

The founders of TT Capital Advisors have unique experience in the cross-section of new business development, corporate finance, strategic advisory, venture capital investing and entrepreneurship. We are a small team but leverage other experts and professionals in our network when needed. We believe that a flexible inter-organizational operating model is the future — business problems and situations will become more and more complex so the solutions have to be more and more tailored to specific situations.

Markku Taulamo
Partner

Markku has extensive experience in investment banking and entrepreneurship. He worked for SEB Enskilda in their London, Stockholm and Helsinki offices. He engaged in several M&A deals, private placements, spin-offs, LBOs, listings and de-listings. After his investment banking career he co-founded Futurice, a fastest growing IT company in Finland (Deloitte FAST50), which has also been chosen as the best workplace in Europe (Great Place to Work).

Markku has provided his expertise for several venture capital institutions as well as for the Ministry of Employment and the Economy in the working group of the Vigo Accelerator program.

He also has a great interest in new business development as he has done angel investments and is a startup coach at Startup Sauna.

Markku holds a M.Sc. Degree in Economics (Finance and Accounting) from Helsinki School of Economics.

Petteri Tulikoura
Partner

After his graduation, Petteri started his career by joining the investment banking department of Danske Bank, where he engaged in projects in the fields of M&As, equity capital markets, strategy and corporate finance.

Before co-founding a venture capital fund of his own, he was engaged in strategy advisory business serving large and mid-sized Finnish corporations. Petteri is still involved in the venture capital fund as a manager and focuses on creating value to the portfolio.

Petteri holds a M.Sc. Degree in Economics (Finance) from Helsinki School of Economics and a M.Sc. Degree in Engineering (Strategy and Telecommunications Management) from Helsinki University of Technology. He is also completing his PhD studies in Strategy at Aalto University’s Department of Industrial Engineering and Management.
